The Toronto Star – Walk on the Woodsy Side

Creating distinct neighbourhoods is something Toronto does well and Concord CityPlace’s new condo project, Parade, is no exception.

The condo takes its cue from a three-hectare park, a clear illustration of the truism that focus is necessary to create community. While comparisons to Central Park may spring to mind, New York’s version is more than 100 times bigger. However, it is a point well taken – and a point that Dan Menchions, who designed the model suite and public spaces, aims to play up.
