“People shouldn’t be afraid of dark colours” – that’s Dan Menchions’ advice. The interior designer with II BY IV DESIGN proves how effective dark colours can be in two-bedroom-plus-den model at MintoUrban Communities’ newest project, minto775 King West. One of two models at the site, the 990-square-foot space features a blue-black tone through most of its main living areas, white accent walls and furniture and walnut flooring.
